Velu Muthu Associates,(VMA) established in 1983 is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Chennai, India.

The clientele is predominantly small and medium sized businesses. In the recent past, VMA has added few large sized businesses including multinational Companies to its client list. The firm provides Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Business advisory and support services.

VMA has over seventy man years of professional experience in the areas of Business set up and support services, Project Management, Compliance matters and Systems development.

After the commencement of the liberalization of the Indian economy, the surge in foreign investment presented an opportunity to work with several multinational companies setting up operations in India. Services offerred include entry strategy, investment approvals, advice on joint ventures and technology & financial collaborations. VMA also offers project management services to companies setting up greenfield projects.
